Our first and prior visit to purchase fuel at CARMAR was two years ago on our way to explore the eastern Mediterranean. Our motor yacht, unlike the yachts pictured in the photo gallery, is a fraction of the size that Carlo regularly services. However, we were greeted with equal care and concern regarding our needs. Recently returning, for what was now a much anticipated visit to see Carlo and his son Marco as well as purchase fuel, was a reunion that erased the years. Their amazing genuine hospitality made us feel as though we had come home to see family and friends. This is the most extraordinary fuel station in the entire Mediterranean...or anywhere else for that matter!
